A disappointed mother has expressed anger towards The Dome after she and her son missed a highly anticipated Michael Jackson tribute show due to a change in schedule that she claims was never communicated to her. The event, King of Pop: The Legend Continues, was meant to be a special night out for the family, but instead ended in frustration and disappointment.
The woman, who preferred to remain anonymous, said she had purchased tickets months in advance, believing the concert would take place on the originally advertised date. She had been looking forward to the performance featuring Navi, a world-renowned Michael Jackson impersonator, and had planned the evening carefully around that schedule.
However, unbeknownst to her, the venue had moved the event to an earlier date. The concert had actually taken place the previous Friday, leaving her and her family completely unaware until it was too late. By the time they discovered the change, the show had already come and gone.
She claimed that she never received any email, message, or notice from the venue or ticketing company about the revised date. As a result, both her excitement and her money felt wasted. The incident left her upset not only for herself but also for her young son, who had been looking forward to seeing his favorite performer’s tribute act.
The mother has since voiced her frustration publicly, criticizing The Dome for poor communication and calling for better customer service to prevent such mix-ups in the future. She said that fans deserve to be properly informed about any event changes, especially when families spend hard-earned money on special occasions.
