Her petition argued that the estate should operate with more openness, especially when making significant financial decisions. Paris believed that increased transparency was necessary for proper oversight.
However, her efforts did not lead to the outcome she hoped for. Instead, the judge handling the matter dismissed key parts of her request.
The ruling was issued on November 10 by a judge in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. This decision prevents Paris from gaining additional authority in estate-related matters for now.
As a result, Paris will not have the expanded role she sought in guiding or reviewing the estate’s transactions, leaving control largely unchanged.
